Rohit Sharma thrills Knight Riders, snatches victory

Rohit Sharma plays implausible against Kolkata Knight Riders on the second match on Saturday to give Deccan Chargers an unbelievable victory. The day was dominated by the election counting results on Indian television giving a great victory to Congress and its allies. Good day for Indian politics and the bet market over politics….anyways I am here for IPL which played one of the most exciting matches of this season.

In an nail biting finish, Rohit Sharma played a heroic innings, scoring 26 runs off Mortaza's last over, taking Hyderabad to victory.

Batting first Kolkata Knights put 160/5 in 20 overs against the Deccan Chargers. Hussy played magnificently with 43 of just 17 balls. In turn Adam Gilchrist and Gibbs started quite beautifully but lost Gilly at 68 runs. Symonds got run out for 18 runs and put Deccans in a very tough situation. Last over and 21 runs required….Rohit Sharma played his level best with huge hits and score 26 runs in that over. A tremendous and unforgettable victory for Deccan Chargers.

Bet market was not much surprised as they always believed Knight Riders to lose the match as ever before. Shahurkh must be crying with his allies to chose the worst combination in his team. Leaving for more exciting bets in IPL for the last Sunday of season 2…….Jai Ho.

Kings rule over Delhi, Mumbai out of IPL

15th Friday put Kings on an all time high after defeating Delhi Daredevlis in a low scoring match. A great show by Brett Lee put Delhi in a troubled situation. Preity must be lil happy with this win as Punjab still keeps hope to be in top 4.
Bets put were supporting Delhi by 10:8 but got a reverse swing. Other bet was to decide how many players could score a 40 + in the match. Most betters were in favour of a 3 or 4 but got disappointed as none from Delhi could score a 40. Sangakkara score 43 with a 4 in the last ball of his victorious inning making not even a single bet player win.

On a Saturday Mumbai indians lost all their dreams to reach semis. In a crucial match against Chennai, Mumbai lost by 7 wickets. Duminy scored 62 runs for Mumbai but they couldn't defend Dhoni's squad to chase 147.
Bet bazaar was favouring Mumbai Indians but got a shock again. Other bet was to decide man of the match and Hayden again proved a mascot for Chennai SuperKings.
Sachin in no ways looked great as a captian in whole IPL. Anyways it's a game of being fast and furious where Dhoni always makes a crunch over the top of world.

Warne's magic makes Mumbai dance

A mind-boggling turn out by Rajasthan Royals in Durban against Mumbai Indians. Struggling to get onto top 4, the day recorded heat over wickets. An extraordinary piece of captaincy by legendry Shane Warne made Mumbai out of top 4 options.

Batting sirst Rajasthan Royals put an average score of 145/7. Rob Quiney and Jadeja played it tough to achieve a defending score.

Mumbai Indians tried some change in batting line and caused trauma for themselves. With jayasurya and Tendulkar coming 2nd and 3rd down didn’t make it right for Mumbai. Tendulkar looked steady with a good innings of 40 runs but lost his wicket to a Shane Warne magical bowl. Abhishek Nayar played brilliantly but couldn’t carry inning till an end. Last 4 wickets could score only 4 runs and surrendered to a great captain Warne.

Bet Bazaar was dazed heavily as this was a platinum bet to play for. Mumbai Indians was at a high of 17:3 ratio against Rajasthan. A great win for the players making a bet for Royals. Another bet was to settle on which team would lose more wickets. This was completely undertaken by Mumbai Indians with a ratio of 16:1 against RR. Rajasthan lost 7 wickets and Mumbai lost all their wickets. enormous win for the 1% bet players.

Overall an outstanding cricket and a very tough fight proved the gusto of Shane Warne to win the match and make them 3rd best in IPL till date. Will be back with some more stirring bets all around the corner….Till then let Warne rejoice with his Fosters…Cheers!!!!

Ross does it again for Bangalore...Glory continues

A very sensational match between Chennai and Bangalore on 14th May came to a drastic surprise for the bet bazaar. Chennai scored low with just 129 in 19.4 overs. It was again hayden who could flare the opponents with his gripping 60 runs of just 38 balls. But all others surrendered to make a very easy target for Bnagalore.

But it was Bangalore again to make things multifaceted. Struggling against Chennai mates, Ross Taylor did it again for Vijay Mallya. Taylor along with Virat Kohli made it a day for Bangalore and achieved the target in 19.4 overs.

Bet Bazaar was supporting Chennai with 10:8 ratio against Bangalore. The other bet was maximum runs that could be scored in an over by any team. Most players put it for 16-25 which was nowhere in picture after such a low scoring cricket…

kingfisher Air Hostess

So finally It’s a good time recurring for Bangalore as they retain their brawl to be in top 4. Good job done by Mallya and his cheerleaders. Bangalore players made you happy sir, Now it’s time for you to make them happy……Blast them with some good looking hot stuff.

Deccans commit suicide

Deccans commit suicide…..I’m talking about the cricketing suicide. This is exactly what was seen on 13th May in a match between Deccan Chargers and Daredevils. Gilchrist must have met his worst nightmare to hand over the victory. A breathtaking and the most theatrical match of IPL season was witnessed by Durban.

Deccans won toss and decided to bowl first. With a joint effort of Dilshan, De Villiers and Karthik Delhi Daredevils set a target of 174 runs in 20 overs.

Gilchrist showed his miraculous batting with 5 sixes and 5 fours to score 66 runs of just 33 balls. Symonds was in a good mood and scored 41 of just 22 balls. 149/3 in 16.5 overs and requiring 25 runs with 19 balls remaining and 7 wickets in hand. The drama started for Deccans and they started losing wickets till the innings distorted scoring 12 runs for last 7 wickets. Team got all out for 161 runs and lost the match with 12 runs.

Amit Mishra, Dirk Nannes, Rajat Bhatia and Virender Sehwag are all smiles after pulling off a tight win, Deccan Chargers v Delhi Daredevils, IPL, Durban, May 13, 2009 Rajat Bhatia is congratulated by Tillkaratne Dilshan and AB de Villiers, Deccan Chargers v Delhi Daredevils, IPL, Durban, May 13, 2009 Rohit Sharma isn't feeling too good after dropping a simple catch off Tillakaratne Dilshan, Deccan Chargers v Delhi Daredevils, IPL, Durban, May 13, 2009

Bet market was a little clumsy today. DD was the favourite but with just 11:10 ratio against Deccans. This startling win of Delhi put bet bazaar in a very tensed condition. Other bet was to decide who among Nannes and RP Singh would take less wickets. Nannes was a favourite with 9:2 ratio against RP Singh but RP Singh disappointed the bet bazaar players. Nannes took 1 wicket and RP zero. Other bet was to decide which team would score more runs in their last 5 overs. DC was 11:6 ahead of Daredevils but again this proved wrong with the collapse of Deccan team in final overs.

Overall a very shocking match and a big shock for the betters as well. Will be back with more exciting bets tomorrow for 2 crucial matches. Till then…..Sweet dreams !!!

Sachin and Bravo lead Mumbai to top4

A match said to be do or die situation. Punjab and Mumbai both struggling to remain in competition were supposedly fight tough. But Kings again proved their lose batting and bowling attack. Batting first Kings could score only 119 in 20 overs. Apart from Sohal(43 of 23) every other batsman was struggling to score runs.
In return Mumbai Indians made a big deal with Bravo and Tendulkar. Bravo scored 70 of 59 and Sachin 41 of 29 and put Mumbai Indians in top4 teams of IPL2. Amazing inning by these amazing batsmen.

The first bet for this match was to chose the winner and I was lucky to favour Tendulkar's team. The other bet was to choose the team which could lose more wickets in first 6 overs. I was for Mumbai Indians but Kings lost 3 wickets in first 6 overs and couldn't take 3 wickets of Mubai in their whole inning. poor me to go for Mumbai Indians this time.

Now the game seems more interesting with the tough fight for top 4 teams as Rajasthan Royals are superceded by Mumbai. Keep betting for such an interesting event. Till next bets, have a nice sleep. Good knight.....night.

Taylor thrashes the knight Riders

Tough competitors fighting to avoid the last position. 13th May registers a fabulous day in IPL2. Batting first Kolkata Knight Riders played their best of this season. Captain McCullam for the first time showed his true flair with 84 runs off 64 balls making KKR in a good position with 173 runs on board.
Bangalore Royal Challengers seemed to be fighting well but with loss of Kallis, Ryder and Uthappa they were not in a very contented position. With 122/4 in 15.4 overs, it was almost a game for KKR. But there was entry of Bangalore’s mascot. Ross Taylor with 7 fours and 5 sixes amused the South African crowd. He scored 81 runs from just 33 balls and gifted Bangalore a marvelous and memorable victory.

Bet Market proved against the market players. With KKR leading the bet market rated double as compared to RCB put good points to the bet winners. Other bet was man of the match which not even a single bet player ever thought to be Ross Taylor. Funny part of the bet was no options available. Some market players put bet on the players who were not even included in the squad. So poor guys lost the bet even before the match was started.

Shahrukh Khan and Nokia announce IPL initiatives

And Sharukh is really busy now with his brand endorsement and movie making. At least there he will get some peace and money. And the more imperative thing to esteem will be how he manages his team besieged against racism for Indians as he did in Chak De….It keeps a double bet for the market.
